The Government Affairs Committee voted to support
H.R. 910 and
S.
482, The Energy Tax Prevention Act of 2011. This bill ensures the authority to regulate emissions rests with Congress and not the EPA. It is the first in the effort of Congress to slowly take back regulatory powers that have gone too far.
